Hi! We’re Lily and Grandpa Kong — the daughter-and-dad duo behind GrandpaKong Foods.

Our story starts in our family kitchen, where Dad (now known as Grandpa Kong) would roast shrimp, grind spices, and whip up the most delicious shrimp salt you could imagine. 

What started as a family favorite turned into something bigger. Friends asked for it. Neighbors came back for seconds. And we realized—this isn’t just a seasoning. It’s a connection. To our Cambodian roots, to our culture, and to each other. So we decided to turn our family favorite into something we could share with the world.

At GrandpaKong Foods, we make roasted shrimp salt the way Dad always has — using 100% real shrimp, no shortcuts, and a whole lot of heart. What makes it truly special? The texture.
