GrandpaKong’s Shrimp Salt Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on for presentation)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp GrandpaKong Roasted Shrimp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil until they are well-coated.
  2. Add GrandpaKong Roasted Shrimp Salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss again to ensure the shrimp are evenly seasoned.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using skewers, thread the shrimp onto skewers for easy grilling.
