GrandpaKong’s Shrimp Salt Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on for presentation)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp GrandpaKong Roasted Shrimp Salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh lemon wedges for serving
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil until they are well-coated.
- Add GrandpaKong Roasted Shrimp Salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss again to ensure the shrimp are evenly seasoned.
