GrandpaKong’s Shrimp Salt and Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp GrandpaKong Roasted Shrimp Salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme or rosemary (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil until they are well-coated.
- Sprinkle the fries with GrandpaKong Roasted Shrimp Salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and dried thyme or rosemary (if using). Toss again to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
