GrandpaKong’s Shrimp Salt and Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp GrandpaKong Roasted Shrimp Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil until they are well-coated.
  3. Sprinkle the fries with GrandpaKong Roasted Shrimp Salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and dried thyme or rosemary (if using). Toss again to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
  4. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
